Attach a local file to case

Hello.
I need to attach a csv file to the Case. The file is located on the application server, the name of the files consists of the id case including.
How to attach a local file to a case?

You have not really explained how that file got created on the PEGA server file system.

I'm assuming some external system is dumping the file in some specific folder of PEGA server.

If that is the case, you can use a file listener to monitor that folder, and use listener activity to lookup the related case id using the file name, and open the case with lock, and attach the file content as an attachment.
