How to attach a file before case creation?
Hi, I am new to Pega. I tried to search my question but could not get anything from PDN.
May I know is there a possibility to attach a file on the first screen/clipboard, before Case creation? Then when user click on Create, it will tied the attachment to the case.

You need to add the section pyCaseAttachmentsTopWraaper on the first screen.

Hi,
Yes, I observed the same behavior. So, I did a private- edit and commented the 1st step and again ran the scenario. Could now attach the file.
Can you try and implement a similar activity which could attach a file in pyAttachments under pyWorkPage. Please let me know in case of any queries

Actually, what I tried to do is link the attachment in front end only, and later once the case is created we could link the same attachment to work object/DB. But it seems like currently, we cannot do that.
