How to refresh parent case section after cancelling a subcase creation?
Hello,
The "Créer une action" button creates a subcase of my current case.
Once the subcase created, I can cancel it from the "Cancel" button.
On the Action Tab of the "Cancel" button I use: an activity to change the status of the subcase and then call the "Cancel" action, and then call "refresh-other-section" or "refresh current harness" action to refresh the section containing the list of the subcases.
But once the subcase window is closed, the grid is not refreshed.
This may be explained by the fact that the refresh action wasn't executed after the Cancel action.

I am not sure about this but if you are getting the data in the section from the data page then you could refresh the datapage "reload once per interaction".

You may try setting a property, say bChildCaseCanceled, on click of Cancel button and put a refresh when condition for parent case section. So when the bChildCaseCanceled is set to true, the section containing the list of subcases will be refreshed.
Please try the above suggestion and get back to us with the outcome.
