Assignment Flow action using Email -- ReplyTo field is not autopopulated

Hi,

In my flow on an assignment shape, I am sending an email to a workparty. I am using the pyEmailApprovalActions correspondence which has HTML pzEmailActions.

The party is receiving the mail with flow actions listed. When party clicks on the flow action link a reply window opens, but the reply field is not autopopulated.

Is this an issue with Pega (with html code which displays the flow action link) or it is behavior of the email client (gmail on chrome in this case)?

Any help is much appreciated.

Hi,

On Click of the flow action link a reply window opens and the reply to field is populated only when "replyTo" is configured for that email account in Pega.
