Assign Coaching Tips Exercise: Request from server failed

When I follow the steps in the exercise to enter and assign a coaching tip, after I clcik 'Submit' I get an error that reads "Request from server failed" and the Assigned coaching tip is not saved (the new tip is saved but not the Assigned tip. I tried restarting the VM and all browsers but the problem recurrs.

The error is the same as above?  Can you please send screen shots of what is occuring to selfstudysupport at PEGA so we can get a better understanding of what is occuring. Also, the version of the course and exact exercise information
