Are Pega Platform Versions 8.4.x and 8.5.x compatible with the Optimistic Locking setting of Microsoft SQL-Server

Simple question - Can Pega Platform be used with Microsoft Sql-Server Optimistic Locking enabled? This is the database server setting for optimistic locking not any Pega Platform configuration.
