Anyone else experiencing login delays with cloud Co-browsing ?
Wondering if any other cloud co-browsing teams are experiencing a delay when Agent logs into portal? In some cases the delay is over a minute long.

RESOLUTION
Our Engineering (Co-browse) performed some database optimization in the Production environment which helped resolve the slowness issue that user was experiencing.
