Any body implemented Attaching a document in DWA ?

Hi Team,

We have an use case where we need to send email to external user in which he can submit the DWA assignment and in the same screen we are looking to implement a document upload but i found few of the PDN articles mentioning it is not possible. 

Has any body implemented the same, please share your inputs?.
