Pega on Azure cloud implementation

Can a different cloud service type (SaaS, PaaS, containers) instead of IaaS be used when installing Pega on azure. What things needs to be taken care of while installing Pega on different cloud service type. Any issues found ?

I already went through this document, and we are thinking of leveraging AKS and install Pega on it.

There are 2 questions, that comes up now -

1. Will Pega provide the docker image for the AKS installation?

2. We want to avoid the VM (AKS and PAAS SQL database). Is that possible and supported?
