PEGA Upgrade from 8.5.3 to 8.7.5 running on Azure Cloud

We need to upgrade PEGA running on Azure Cloud from version 8.5.3 to 8.7.5. Could you please help me with detailed steps involved in coming up with upgrade approach.  Any specific technical documentation from PEGA on the same case would be helpful.
