Any automated way to upgrade existing PRPC 7.1.9 to 7.2
We have had multiple upgrade failures due to some or the other reason resulting in DB restore and starting form ground zero again.
Do we have any automated way of upgrading PRPC ML9 to 7.2.. i mean which takes care of taking automated backups, truncating unnecessary data, restoring data if upgrade failed
Had a look at Self Service Portal in <removed link> but could not find a detailed explanation of its usage.

The short answer is no. From 7.1.9 to 7.2 is considered as update (versus upgrade which is from pre 7 to pega 7). Have you visited this: https://pdn.pega.com/upgrade-center?

oh, that is maintained by Richard Jackson2 for internal use, I can see the buttons of db backup etc but that is not automatic, I assume behind the scene we are running some scripts through native commands. As a product OOTB, we do have some update/upgrade features allowing rollback with limitations, see this link for details: https://docs-previous.pega.com/pega-72-platform-update-guide. Look for Appendix B.
