Allow user to edit correspondence before generating email OOTB
Hello Friends,
How to allow user to edit the correspondence before sending it out ?
I remember one OOTB code in V 6.X but not able to find in V 8.3, please share the reference if some one has implemented recently, thank you

Hi Shardak,
Thanks for posting the query.
To edit email body you can use RTE / Text area control. For diff. types of RTE configurations please check the UI gallery(Pega 7). To send the correspondence you can use SendEmailNotification activity which is capable of sending emails to multiple mails ids.

Hi thanks for the suggestions, I need to show the correspondence in edit mode itself, as I would need to add WO link as well. so User can see the link and correspondence before sending and can edit if needed?

You can use the "Property-Set-Corr" method to set the correspondence details to a property and show it to the user so that the user can edit it.
