Agents Queue
I want to know how the queue records(System-queue-ServiceLevel) are created for SLA Does pegaprocom agent creates it?. And once the queue record is created how does Service level events agent process it? Also when i create a agent i give class ,activity to run, so here does that class is only for activity?? i don't see any system-queue-defaultentry records created for agent. Is it going to be created only when i use queue for agent method in activity. If so which agent processes that queue record

There is nothing in the above links.
1.myquestion is how system-queue-service level records are created for assigment, stage, process sla's.
2.And when i use queue-for-agent method and create a system-queue-defaultentry record and give same agent name
What happens??
If it picks that queue record why is it picking it because my agent is not of that class.
If it does not pick which agent do we need to give .
And how is establishcontext activity running , where is it running from??
