Agents query
1.When you disable the ‘Pega-ProCom: Correspondence & SLA events’ agent for sending correspondence, where these emails/correspondence is stored? 2.When ‘Pega-ProCom: Correspondence & SLA events’ agent is disabled? Is it possible to see the Correspondence rules that are there in the queue persistent in a DB,What and when to use SLAS?

1. PRPC uses database table "PR_SYS_QUEUE_SLA" to hold the SLA records of each WorkObject created until the WorkObject is resolved. Once the Work Object is resolved then the record is deleted from this table automatically by PRPC.
2. Yes. Via SMA > Agent Management > System Queue Management. View the items with "Scheduled" status and type SLA.

Even if Agent is down, it still get's stored in their respective queues. pr_sys_queue and pr_sys_queue_sla.
Could you also explain us the intention or business requirement that you are trying to solve here?
