Our PEGA application interacts with one of our systems (ABC) which is responsible to fetch members attribute and once attributes are fetched our application triggers communications to members. There is a job failure that happens at XYZ system on weekend midnight around XX:XZ AM and communication is also sent during that period which gets failed as ABC system is not available at that time . When for a particular case Deadline time reached for assignment to ' Awaiting response from acquirer "then case closure communication is sent to users at around 00:01 AM Question - Which agent might be responsible for sending communications when SLA deadline time has reached so that we can change its schedule and set it to not run around 00:01 AM and reschedule it for some time later as ABC system will be available by that time ?
