Agents doesn't work if configured in branch Rulesets?
I did save as of the rule-agent instance in the current application configured in ruleset APP_AG.
I have added a new agent(Standard) A1 in the ruleset branch APP_AG_BR.When I queue an item/WO,to the newly configured agent A1.
With Rulset as APP_AG_BR, AgentName as A1, max attempst 5.I don't see the queued items is been processed by the agent.
Please advise on working with agents configured in branch rulesets.

Hi,
The name of an agents rule is the name of a ruleset, and there can be only one agents rule defined for each ruleset and version in a Pega 7 Platform system. When the Agent Manager master agent notices a newly added Agents rule (Rule-Agent-Queue), it generates agent schedules (Data-Agent-Queue instances) for each node in your Pega 7 Platform system.
So. If you place agent rule in the branch ruleset and try to queue then it might not work.

Can we pass multiple pages as call by reference to the Agent (using the QueueForAgent activity)?
I have tried doing call be reference but doesn't see the parameter page is being passed to the
agent thread execution. Please advise.
