Our PegaCLOUD instance was upgraded to 7.2.1 on Monday. All agent instances, as far as we can tell, are no longer running. In addition, we cannot access the SMA. Any suggestions on how to correct/resolve this? Is it necessary to submit an SR for Support, or is there something we can add/update to fix this?
