Agent should run only on one node in a multi-node system
Hi Pega,
it is possible to configure an Agent or an Agent-Schedule in a manner so that the Agent is running only on one node in a multi-node system?

Depends on which pega version you guys are on. In pega 7.3, there is agent configuration , where you can define node lebel and configure your requirement.
In older pega version you need to remove the agent schedule instance of the other nodes to disable agent from running on those nodes.

Hi Uwe,
We have the same requirement in all our applications (currently all running 7.1.x). What we do is deploy our code with all agents disabled. Then in the multi-node production environment we pick a single node (which one doesn't really matter) and enable the agents on that node only, using the agent schedule. This works perfectly.
