In Production, how can we disable many agents when those are on multi-node environment?

In production we have 10 nodes and application has 50 agents and every 10 mins agents keep running. In production when we have a deployment, when we restart, would we have to manually disable the agents or is there a way we can do configuration?

If an agent is configured to run a particular nodeType, a manual stop of Agent from SMA or AdminStudio holds good until node restart. During node restart based on the "enabled" checkbox in agent schedule instance (created per node on 7.x and created per node type on 8.x) will make the agent start/disable.
