Agent Queue
Hello,
I am calling an agent through an activity using the Queue-For-Agent method (The agent itself calls an activity).
My question is:
from where can I check the items/objects pushed in the queue ?
Thank you in advance,
Mariane

In Broken queue you can open the queue entries by selecting System-Queue-DefaultEntry class.
In the search screen you can see the list of queue items with the agent names. You need to select the item with your agent name on selection in the below it will show the details in a grid with open button. If you click on open button it will show the xml stream with pyID and other exception details.

System creates an entry in pr_sys_queues table . It will be an instance of System-Queue-DefaultEntry Class.

Are you using Standar agent or Advanced? if it is Standard you can follow the what Srijith has suggested you can do a look-up in System queue default entry class. In case if you have advanced agent you need to see the custom system queue class mapped with your agent and check for its database table accordingly.

Hi Baig,
I have a similar query related to this post. I have an agent configured in standard mode. Will all entries whether processed/Broken/Scheduled be available in System-Queue-DefaultEntry? Basically I want to see the list of entries gone to agent queue. Thanks in advance.

Hello Baigh,
Can you please provide me more information about the case when I am using the advanced agent ?
Please note that the entry saved in pr_sys_queues table holds only specified properties and I need to check the pzInsKey or pyID of the object queued.
Thank you in advance for your help,
Mariane
