Agent does not exist but Agent running

Hi,

PegaAESRemote agent is does not exist in the environment and PegaAESRemote agent schedule rule is exist. In SMA PegaAESRemote agent is running how without exist the agent rule ?

Kindly help.

PegaAESRemote agents are shipped with all Pega platform versions. 

You may not see the agent rule as your current access group does not have visibility to the PegaAESREmote ruleset. Add AESREmoteUser as an alternative access group or add the ruleset to your current AG to see contents.

Be aware that there are enhanced PegaAESREmote rules available to support new features in PDC. If you are using PDC consider taking the PegaAESREmote enhancements. They are available for 722, 73, 731 and 74
