AES Exception related to quiesce of Users

Hi,

We had some scheduled maintenance on our application servers and we had perform quiesce and as a result of that could see many Exceptions in Pega AES.

Can someone let me know why this says Class is not defined ? in which scenarios do we get this ? Have reviewed the createsession activity step 3 - (Page-Change-Class) method is used. It is expecting a paramter-.pyLinkDefinition.pySessionClass

I do not think there is a clear answer for the question you are asking due to the number of variables in play here. This would be handled better as an Support Request.
