I am using Pega 7.3 personal addition.While saving Adaptive model getting error like"Adaptive Decision Manager service is not configured or not available". I have tried to add a adaptive decision manger node at adaptive decision manger tab of Decisioning: Services landing page. But adding node is failing with status "Joining_ Failed" and error message like Below"

IllegalStateException: Required service ServiceDependency{serviceName=DDS, instance=Default} is configured to run, but none of the nodes are actually running

Please suggest me what should we do to create adptive model rule sucessfully and execute correctly. How to add addaptive decision manager node.is there any extra installation of jarfiles required to add this node.

Please share suggestions ASAP.
