Training wizard for Adaptive model not available

Hi Team,

I remember that there used to be a wizard in the model landing page, using which we could upload CSV file to train the adaptive model with historic data. But that useful feature seems to be missing in 8.6. Is it removed on purpose? Could you please provide some information in this regard?
