Harness For Decision Manager portal in pega Decisioning

I'm Unable to create decision manager portal in my decision platform. Can anyone help to create a portal and role to the decision manager?

Hi,

Could you please confirm the platform version? Decision manager portal is deprecated in Peg 8.1 onwards? In previous versions of Pega, in order to access Decision Manager portal, the portal name to be included in access group is "pyDecisionPortal".

Also please help me understand what are trying to achieve with the portal.
