Action Performance Tracker in 8.7 not showing the values

We recently upgraded from Pega from 8.6 to 8.7.1. Current CDH version 8.7

As per https://docs-previous.pega.com/pega-customer-decision-hub-user-guide/87/action-performance-tracker Did generate artifacts again. Data migration is also done. My plan is to check the action performance on the same environment.  Debugging details: 1. "ShowMetrics" is a when condition which is called to determine the section display. When condition fails on "D_AP_Hierarchy[Mode:Live].pxResults" >0. 

2. On D_AP_Hierarchy --> browsing the "MigratedNBAHierarchy" is empty. As per my understanding the "MigratedNBAHierarchy" Dataset is used to migrade data from prod to dev environment (simulation environment)  

As mentioned earlier my plan is check on the same environment. Tried to took into the docs nothing helps. Any pointer would be helpful.
