Acquiring the proper version of the prpcServiceUtils

Hello,

We are looking into automating our Pega 7.1.8 deployment using Jenkins and the prpcServiceUtils functionality. 

We are currently running Pega 7.1.8 in all of our environments.  When I look on the PDN I found a link to download the prpcServiceUtils package however there is a note next to the download link that specifies it is for 7.2.x.   Is this version compatible with 7.1.8 or can you provide a link for the 7.1.8 compatible package.

Is there any functionality present in 7.1.8 that would allow for automated deployments using Jenkins?

Looking thru PDN I did not find anything that looks very promising....
