Accessing prsysmgmt mbeans outside PRPC
Is there a way to access the mbeans from prsysmgmt outside PRPC SMA?
Example:

PRPC/prsysmgmt mbeans are just standard JMX mbeans.
You can use JCONSOLE easily to attach to a running PRPC - if you are on the same machine, and that machine has a UI. (So if you PRPC running on Windows , you can just fire up the local 'jconsole.exe' [part of your JDK] and connect to the JVM PID).
On headless machines you can use cmdline clients - such as jmxterm (https://github.com/serba/cmdline-jmxclient).
You can even attach remotely - but this requires (fairly complex - as I seem to remember) additional configuration - mostly for Security/Authentication purposes.
Lastly: you can build Java Steps in PRPC - which are able to talk to the local mbeans this way.

Thanks for your quick response, but I am trying to track my requestor count via our monitoring system. Could you point me to the process to remotely attach to these mbeans to collect the metrics?

You are correct, but since these PRPC instances are running under IBM WebSphere Application Server, the application server requires a different connection approach since the RMI service is encapsulated with IIOP and require a number of WAS jars in order to connect to the JMX Connector…
