Change default access group outside Designer Studio?

Can I manage operator credentials and default access group outside of designer studio?

I created a custom app using 7.2 using an admin operator.  I deleted the app and logged out.  I was not able to log back in using that operator.  How would I rectify this issue if I had no other admin accounts available in my PRPC 7.2 instance?

Hi Charlie,

I'm not aware of a way to manage operator records from outside of designer studio, however the default operator, [email protected], is usually available in the system and should be able to access the affected operator and update the access group.

Could you try updating default access group, pyAccessGroup (to PRPC:Administrators), directly in database table - pr_operators? And also may be pyWorkGroup (to Default) as well?
