7.31 Pege-set-Message not dispensing in UI(Perform harness)

Hi Every One, My Project recently upgraded 6.1 to 7.3.1. In new environment all places Pege-set-Message is not displaying UI. Saw some articles says need hot fix for this. Did some one used this hot fix or SR. Please help me on this.

Hi , 

I believe you are talking about the below mentioned SA:

This issue states that error messages are not shown in a modal dialog after upgrade to Pega 7.3.1. If your use case is similar then please go ahead and create a SR-Media request for the hotfix.

If your use case is slightly different please attach screenshots describing your issue.
