7.3 Out-of-Place upgrade

Do we have clear steps on how to proceed with out-of-place upgrade for 7.3?

Have you looked at the deployment guides? Do you have a specific question on how to do an out of place upgrade?

Can you please clarify these questions.
1) In the deployment guides for out of place upgrade, we are asked to create new Rules Schema. Who should be the owner of the new rules schema?
2) We are using few pega frameworks in our application. Can we also continue with installation of HCIF, CRM, CS HC on new rules schema so that on actual deployment date ,we will have to just deploy code?
3)Reconfigure the application server with new Rules schema- does it mean just changing the data sources on the app servers?
