5.5. SP2 to 7.1.9 Upgrade Error
We are upgrading from Pega 5.5 SP2 to Pega 7.1.9. After all successfull steps finally we have stuck while bringing up the server. Even server is up however while trying to access the Pega servlet url, we are getting below error:
Error occurred during assembly of: page "<unnamed>" of class "Rule-Obj-Activity", 0/76 props expanded
expanded properties:
java.lang.NullPointerException
at com.pega.pegarules.exec.internal.basic.DependentRuleSetListPoolImpl.getDependentRulesetList(DependentRuleSetListPoolImpl.java:333)
at com.pega.pegarules.exec.internal.basic.DependentRuleSetListPoolImpl.get(DependentRuleSetListPoolImpl.java:161)
Has any one faced similar issue. If yes, what is the resolution.

could you please try truncate all the cache tables and try brininging up the server.
truncate table pr_assembledclasses;
truncate table pr4_rule_sysgen;
truncate table pr_sys_appcache_entry;
truncate table pr_sys_appcache_dep;
truncate table pr_sys_appcache_shortcut;
truncate table pr_sys_rule_impl;
truncate table pr_sysgen_static_content;
commit;
