404 issue occurring and leading to Freeze of application.
Hi Team
Our application (say X) is hanging where ever the end user trying to make below activity and coming back to X application and this is happening all the time and to specific users. Could you please guide how this kind of issues can be addressed.
1) Making a DB call
2) Switching to other application

Already verified for the Pega alerts can see 0001 and 0005 occurred but they are not at the time of application freeze there are logging happened even after that and in some cases without any pega alerts also I can observe freeze happening while there is switch in application like (X to Y application and coming back to X).
Could you please suggest any other possibilities that may lead to this situation.

As you informed that that some times it happening while X to y and coming back to X .
Also your question says about 404 ,so before doing a switch application either see the network tab of the developer tools of the chrome (which will give you exactly which network request is getting failed) or that same you can check from fiddler also.
You will get the clue by looking into the failed request.
