“localhost refused to connect” is the err coming while opening any rule instance from Dev Studio using V86 PE

Hi Pega experts,

looking for some help to resolve an issue which I am facing in V86 PE. The issue is like I am unable to open any of the rule instances from Dev Studio using localhost:8086 or using IP address with 8086 port in both chrome & edge browsers. Here is the attached err screenshot I am giving for the reference. Any help in this regards is much appreciated. It didn’t happen earlier but started suddenly.

@Ravi Kumar Pisupati   I think you need to check available port on your machine and maybe put the real name instead of localhost for a quick try
