Setup Email Manager portal in Pega 23
Hello,
I am trying to set up Email Manager portal in Pega 23 which will have email triage actions, ability to reply/ forward etc. We do not need to suggest any case type based on the email text analysis ; but we need the ability to create a service case once the triage is successful. Basically , we are looking for an UI as per the image.
