Regarding the inability to capture the webpage
Hello.
In Pega RPA version 22.1.44 on Windows 11, when attempting to interrogate (identify) elements, the elements cannot be recognized when the webpage is opened in Microsoft Edge's IE Mode (Internet Explorer Mode). However, elements can be successfully recognized when the webpage is opened directly in Edge (Edge Mode).

Internet Explorer is a separate technology from Edge. So these IE Compatibility Mode pages require injection, instead of a browser extension. As part of that process, you should see the MicrosoftHTMLFactory created and matching in your Palette. First confirm this (which implies that injection is working ok).
- In addition, can you interrogate any other IE compatibility mode pages?
- Have you enabled debug logging and inspected the studio log for any errors and are there any?
- Can you also confirm your Pega Native Foundation installed version? This product helps with injection and requires at least X.X.X.2402 for Windows 11 24H2.
- And lastly, do you know if anyone else on your team is having this same issue or is it just your environment?
Maybe these things will give you a clue but in the end, it may be best to go ahead and contact support with your issue. They'll be able to get with you directly to investigate the problem since Pega Robotic Automation still supports IE mode.
