Automate Windows Security app in Pega Studio 22.1
Hi,
The context of this issue is that I´m trying to automate Edge browser. The URL to the page opens as expected but the problem is that The Windows Security-app appears when Edge is opened. Since it´s a new (client?)-app it´s undetectable for Interrogation when I want to automate the input of user name and password in Windows Security-app before I can continue with automating a web page in Edge.
(this is a closed government environment behind firewalls)
Can I solve this by:
1. Creating a new application for Windows Security-app separately?
If so, where do I find the exe-file for Windows Security app?
2. "Interrogation form" that is connected to Edge and change some settings to fit Windows Security-app?
3. Other solutions...
Anyway...I need to be able to automate the Windows Security log in sequence, otherwise I can´t perform my automation on Édge since it stays locked without logging in with Windows security.

@ParL17304035 I don't have one of these dialogs available to me that I can test with, so my suggestions may be a little vague. If you do know of a publicly accessible one, I am happy to try (I wouldn't need to actually login for this exercise, as I would simply automate up to the actual login).
I would first start by using a tool like Spy++ or Process Explorer to identify the process that the dialog comes from. As I recall, it is not associated with the browser, but I could be wrong. Once you identify the process, check to see if that process starts and stops when that dialog is shown and then dismissed. If it does indeed come and go, then you can likely use a new Application set to MonitorAll to look for that process and then interrogate it. I don't believe you can interrogate it beneath the browser since we only support some Windows controls.

Hi and thanx for trying to help me in this matter!
I´ve installed Inspect.exe and I´m trying to find the name of the overlaying dialog app but...I cant´t find anything helpful. Since the path to the app (or what it is) is untraceable to me I can´t create a new Application. Its Moment 22...
Is there a spy-mode in Pega like in Uipath where you can mark/hoover over an open app and "catch it"?
Unfortunately the URL is not unavailable "to the outside" due to our fire wall so that is not an option for automating the log in sequence. I though believe this "Windows log in thing" is a Windows setting. If that is in place maybe this scenario is reachable..?!
I also know that this has worked before since some of our current automations (that will be migrated) are built in Open Span with Visual Studio. There the dialog box with Windows Security is automated so I know this this is doable. The question is how?
