Pega v22.1 - Issue while interrogating Menu Items in windows app
While trying to get interrogate a menu item , adapter throws an exception "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

@GayathriB16923768 Can you provide a little more context? Does this happen on every Facets menu item, or are you navigating to a specific place in Facets (like inside a claim where the menu items may have changed)? You might try calling RefreshMenuItems before interrogating to reset the list of known menu items. I have seen this required before.

@ThomasSasnett thomas thank you taking time to reply, I gave rematch for form control and when I used "RefreshMenuItems" in the test control method , it again threw the same exception.

@GayathriB16923768Generally speaking, assuming your Form is matched, you would call RefreshMenuItems whenever they are changed by navigating within the application. If you find the need to rematch your Form, there might be an issue with its match rules. I am not aware of any issues with Facets menu items, although in my usage of Facets, I haven't used them a lot recently. I think the best course here is to open a support request. I think getting on with you should either resolve this due to something simple, or perhaps you've uncovered something with Facets we haven't encountered yet. Please reply back with your support number if you create one.
