NTDLL Crash for web applications and windows application interrogation
we are in the process of migrating from windows 10 to windows 11. As we migrated to windows 11, the solutions no longer work especially with launching windows application or web adapters.
After analysing the Event viewer we encountered following error
Faulting application name: chrome.exe, version: 133.0.6943.142. time stamp: Faulting module name ntdll.dll. version: 10.0261002161. time stamp: Mc2%8c2

@KarthikV0631What version of Pega Native Foundation are you running? What is the version/build of Windows 11 you are using (it will show if you run the command "winver")? My suspicion is that your PNF is not correct for the version of Windows you are using. Here is a link to the release notes for PNF.
Make sure you are running either Runtime 22.1 or a version of 19.1 greater than 19.1.108. You can acquire the installer for PNF by downloading the latest build of either Runtime or Studio. You can install PNF separately and do not need to upgrade Studio or Runtime unless your version of Studio/Runtime is before 19.1.108 (from May of 2022).

@KarthikV0631Pega Native Foundation (PNF) Proprietary information hidden2 is the latest and is when support for 24H2 was added. This PNF was shipped with 22.1.44, so it has been available since late January. Can you confirm your version of PNF?

@KarthikV0631 I suggest you open a support request and have this looked at by support. It certainly seems like an issue with PNF that needs examination. If you do that, please note the INC here. Barring any other recent changes, you seem to have the correct PNF version that would work with the OS Build you are running. One more test you can do is to create a simple project where you interrogate a different application. For Windows 11, I like to use C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Accessories\Wordpad.exe as it is simple and yet also not likely to be used for anything else (like Notepad). I would test to see if you can interrogate it and if that project gives the same error.
