If downloading from your Pega app, tail logs while clicking download and verify the stream node is up and has temp directory access, then try another node. Avoid special characters in the product name and repackage if needed. If nothing works, capture the exact timestamp, browser console errors, HTTP status codes, and node logs and share them with your admin to trace the failure end to end.
