Exercising system zip downloaded and zip file is invalid

Downloaded the exercising system zip file. But, I could not open zip file. It says the file is invalid. My PC has Windows 7. Attached the screenshot of the error. I am stuck with my course due to this. Any help in resolving this is highly appreciated.
