Not able to download VM
The course is not the one selected in the drop down (System Architect Essentials (7.2)), but the one present at https://academy.pega.com/library/83/system-architect-essentials-exercise-update (System Architect Essentials Exercise Update (8.3))
After clicking "DOWNLOAD EXERCISE SYSTEM" and right clik/saving on the token link, Chrome/Firefox would try to save a "fail.html" (or "style=_font-size_.html") file and IE a "fail?[<other_characters>]?fail" file.
Is the exercise system available for this class, or should I just try the cloud environment instead?

The OVA (c1566.ova) received by the link doesn't seem to work.
- the appliance is correctly imported by VirtualBox
- trying to access the URL advertised by the motd (using bridged adapter) keeps the browser window busy, but with no content returned (even way after the 2-3 minutes specified)
- similar result when trying to switch from bridged to "host only" or NAT (with port forwarding) adapters
- only postgres user/password published in the description work, but not root and/or teuser
Network for the bridged setup seems to be ok, as a ssh (as postgres) succeeds on the guest.
Are there any other options needed for the VM in order to make it work?

The application comes up but in almost 8-10 times more time that the login message says. The VM login specified on the Academy application page inside the VM works.

That VM seems to be missing. I have an open ticket to resolve this. I will update you when this is issue is resolved.
