Hi,

We have a requirement to launch a specific portal via a hyperlink.

• A constellation case has been created within theme cosmos application.
• The user, who belongs to an access group mapped to multiple portals. 
• when user clicking the link should be directed to a specific portal and the Constellation case should open within that portal.

Is there any OOTB option exist to achieve this? Please suggest
