The RPA BOTS(3 BOTS) suddenly stopped running
Hi Team,
We are currently experiencing an issue with our production environment where a couple of weeks ago, three of our 50 bots suddenly stopped running.
Upon deep analysis, we discovered that these three bots showed null values in the pega application. Previously, all 50 bots used to have "CIWBOT" in the RobotName field within the commonconfig file.
After modifying the RobotName field to "CIWBOT1" for these three bots, they started running as expected, and the remaining 47 bots are still working with "CIWBOT" in their respective RobotName field in the commonconfig file.
I would like to understand why these three bots started running when the RobotName field was changed and why this issue did not occur in the remaining 47 bots.

@PraveenkumarK17477534In the CommonConfig, the "robotName" attribute of the "Server" node where the "name" is "RobotManager" is set to "{MachineName}" by default. This means that your bot will be registered with the name of the machine. Since this name must be unique, this is typically sufficient for most applications. If you do wish to customize the name of the bots when they register, you'd need to modify each bot's CommonConfig which just adds more complexity. I suspect something else happened though as you should not be able to have all of your bots with the same hard-coded value in that setting. One question; are you using the Server Bot Framework?
I would take a look at your registration tables as this is likely where your problem lies and reset that setting back to stock as shown below.
