Interaction Framework on RPA Bots
Hello everybody!
I have a conceptual doubt: Should I use Interaction Framework on RPA bots?
Documentation says Interaction Framework is designed for Agile Desktop Projects. However, I don't know if its a good practice to use it in RPA bots that run in unattended virtual machines. Does make sense the concepts of interactions, cases and activities in that context?

An Interaction Framework Activity should not be used in an RPA project if you have Robot Activities.Both types of activities are run from the same queue in first in/first out order and therefore you can't use an Activity inside of a Robot Activity. You can use Interactions and Context/GlobalDictionary variables with Robot Activities.

Hi Jeff, thank you for your answer. What do you mean with Robot Activities? We are not using Robot Manager and Pega Platform.

OK, normally when we talk RPA we are talking Robot Manager and Robot Activities (cases from Robot Manager that trigger work). If you are not using Robot Activities then the Interaction framework Activities will work fine.
