How to check if BOT is running or stopped due to any exception.
Hi,
I wanted to send out email when RPA BOT stops working, So Is there any function in openspan which I can use to check RPA Bot is running or stopped due to any exceptions?

There is a setting within the RuntimeConfig that allows Runtime to send email notifications when encountering exceptions while running. The setting in the Runtimeconfig is called, email.
You will need to set the mode to on and provide the server address to send the emails to.

There is also a Runtime Usage Reporting system that comes with the enrollment of RADP (Robotic Automation Deployment Portal). "Runtime Usage Reporting" reports the use of Runtime automations along with exceptions that are encountered with the use of Runtime.
You will need for your company to reach out to your appointed Robotics Account Excecutive about the on-boarding process . This feature is automatically available once you are on-board.
