Can we run RPAs on windows server instead of win10 VMs ?

@NishikantK6842  , yes, you can use Windows Server. Check page 2 https://docs-previous.pega.com/pega-robotic-automation-version-191-installation-instructions

You can also run multiple RPA on a Windows Server https://docs-previous.pega.com/pega-rpa/introduction-server-bot-framework
