RPA Credentials window prompt
Whenever RunTime goes down, trying to restart the RunTime but getting "Enter RPA Credentials" pop-up always with "Invalid Credential !" error. Then to make it work, have been doing below steps.
1.Delete the RPAStartup.info
2. Add the operator to the CredMgrUI
3. Resave the Pega bot operator profile
4. Then start the RunTime and bot comes up now
Is there anything that's missing with the configuration that's making the credential invalid each time? Can someone help us on this issue?

Were you able to login to Runtime If you enter the credentials manually in the RPA credentials pop-up? Have you tested the credentials manually in "Debug --> Options --> Pega Robot --> Server Connectivity".
If it is working here and not able to connect to runtime, I suggest you to open a support ticket as it required some log analysis.

The server connectivity option will be available on Studio not on the runtime, you can ignore this step. Were you able to login to Runtime If you enter the credentials manually in the RPA credentials pop-up in runtime?
Did you find why the runtime went down? Please share the verbose RuntimeLog.txt and PRPC logs which should contain some additional information about the failure.

@raos Yes the RunTime went down because of Chrome browser hanging on a session page timeout issue. As i said, whenever i tried to restart the RunTime i get that Invalid Credentials errors and have follow steps mentioned in my previous post to get the bot up and running. So maybe i will create a support ticket as it required some log analysis. Thanks for your support.
