Attach Email Content as PDF to the Case
Recently, we encountered a requirement where we need to send an email to the customer and attach the email content to the case in PDF format. I attempted to use the Data-Corr-Email type in the HTML rule, but I am receiving a "rule not found" error. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
Use OOTB activity CorrNew to send the email. It'll automatically attach the email to the case after sending.
to send an email to the customer and attach the email content to the case in PDF format, follow these steps: 1. Generate the PDF using the pxCreatePDF activity. 2. Attach the PDF to the case using the pyAttachAsPDF activity. 3. Send the email with the PDF attachment using the SendEmailNotificationWithAttachments activity. This approach ensures that the email content is both sent to the customer and attached to the case in PDF format.
