CONNECT REST Time-Out Issue
We are observing this event being triggered often in our production environment. Attaching Screenshot for more context
Its exceeding the standard timeout threshold provided in your connect REST rule. It should still be able to connect with the 3rd-party service. It usually happens when there's a delay in receiving the response from the 3rd-party app connecting to.
If you click on the hyperlink "ConnectResTimout-79," you will find additional details on the duration the request was waiting for the server to respond before it timed out. Please consult with the team responsible for hosting the service and adjust the settings to establish a reasonable threshold.
@MohamedRuzliR17120940 Would suggest This is not a issue from the pega Code. The external system should give the response in the frame time. The best possible option would be increasing the response time in the article https://support.pega.com/question/increase-request-timeout-connect-rest
make sure Pega should not keep the connection open for longer time.
